The suit involves the title to 120 acres of Brown county land and
to a $2,020.68 account in the Citizens State Bank of Hiawatha,
Kansas. The defendant, Elma I. Hathaway, was adjudged owner of the
land. The plaintiff-administrator was adjudged owner of the
checking account. The trial court made written findings of fact
upon which the judgment was based. The plaintiff has appealed and
the defendant has cross-appealed.
