This case involves an appeal from an order of the Maricopa County Superior Court granting a writ of habeas corpus and ordering the release of Edwin H. Anderson. Although neither party has challenged the jurisdiction of this Court, we must inquire into our jurisdiction to hear this appeal. Stevens v.
